Oreo Nutella Cheesecake Recipe
This recipe is super simple and so easy to make! My younger brother and I whipped this up in no time, the only time waiting is for the cake to set in the fridge – we left it overnight. It a great ‘no fail’ recipe, we pretty much eyeballed all the measurements and it turned out fine. I also love that it’s no bake, I do love a good baked cheesecake but no bake are definitely my favourite!
All you need:
A full pack Digestive Biscuits or Oreos
Spoon of Nutella
400gram Jar of Nutella
500grams Icing Sugar
2 x 280 gram Cream Cheese Packs
Approx 12 Oreos crushed
Chocolate, for drizzling on top
Crush all the digestive biscuits into a bowl until they are just small crumbs. Then add the 120grams of melted butter and tablespoon of nutella. Mix together until combined. Place in a round spring form cake tin that you have greased or lined with greaseproof baking paper. Put this in the fridge to set.
Combine the cream cheese, icing sugar and then the nutella. When completely combined add in your crushed oreos. Pour this mixture on top of the biscuit base and leave overnight in the fridge to set.
Step 3 (optional):
Drizzle the top of your cheesecake with dark, white or milk chocolate (or all 3 if you want – that’d look cool).

What’s your favourite dessert? Cheesecake is definitely on the top of my list! This was so good – super sweet, super tasty and super filling, I actually couldn’t finish my slice! A little goes a long way with this recipe.
